RR: Reuse Rating (SiteScouter's proprietary rating standard)
DR: Domain Rating (Ahrefs' domain evaluation)
UR: URL Rating (Ahrefs' credibility score)
TF: Trust Flow (Majestic's trust score)
CF: Citation Flow (Majestic's citation score)

BLP: Backlink Points (backlink evaluation points)
BLP scores the 20% share below on a 0-20 point scale, using the formula below

Evaluation of Backlinks from Government and Educational Institutions

Backlink from a government agency: +5 points
30 or more backlinks from government agencies: +8 points
Backlink from an educational institution: +3 points
100 or more backlinks from educational institutions: +5 points
* More backlinks from government agencies is considered a sign of trustworthiness. The bonus is smaller, but more backlinks from educational institutions is likewise considered a sign of trustworthiness.

Evaluation of the Backlinks / Referring Domains Ratio

BL: Number of backlinks
BLD: Number of referring domains
BL/BLD of 50 or more: -5 points
BL/BLD of 30 or less: +3 points
BL/BLD of 10 or less: +5 points
* A rough reference formula for low-quality/spam links (sites with many backlinks from SNS platforms such as X or Instagram tend to score higher here, but that is not treated as a negative in this case)

BL of 30 or less: -3 points
BL of 30 or more: +2 points
BL of 50 or more: +3 points
BL of 100 or more: +5 points
* Policy is not to evaluate favorably when the backlink count is extremely low

No reuse history: +3 points
* This bonus applies only to appraisal and sale within Japan

Language is Japanese: +5 points
Language is English, German, or French: +3 points
Language is Chinese, Thai, Russian, or Arabic: -3 points
